What: "The Rover is a sophisticated piece of machinery that was sent to a far off world. It was roaming around looking to see what was there. It was so distant that it's its controllers could not see where it was going and thus it's trapped. It will take time and some subtle effort to get it unstuck and then moving in the right direction; Like the US economy and Civil Society."
